Current Usage Charges

Usage charges will be deducted from your account wallet, which will be recharged in $10 increments when your wallet balance drops below $5, unless you have elected for a higher amount for your recharge amount (some clients prefer to recharge in larger amounts for ease of accounting- if you would prefer this for your account, just let us know by contacting us).

  • A2P Campaign Registration (required for SMS marketing due to US regulation beginning July 2023): $20.00 Monthly

  • Phone Numbers: $1.75 per month

  • SMS Messaging: $ 0.0119 / segment

  • Making Calls: $ 0.021 / min

  • Receiving Calls: $ 0.0128 / min

  • Sending Emails: $0.001/ email

  • Email Verification (verifies that an email is valid prior to sending): $0.00375 per validation

  • AI Copywriting Usage: $0.135 per 1,000 words

  • Automatic AI Review Response: $0.12 per review response

  • Workflow AI (for advanced decision tree campaigns): $0.045 per execution

  • Conversation and Voice AI (auto response and booking of leads through artificial intelligence): $0.03 per message/ $0.195 per minute for voice AI calls

  • AI Image Generation: $.09 per image

  • Prospect Mail (Postcard): $0.90

  • Prospect Mail: Standard Class Letter: $0.72

  • Patient Mail: 1st Class Letter: $1.12

  • Website Retargeting Postcard: $2.15
